We collect information you provide directly to us when creating an account, uploading content, or using our services:
- Account information (email, username, profile details)
- Sign-in details and optional verified channel connections you choose to provide
- Music and media files, submitted-link context, private references and recording-version metadata
- Saved collections, follows, recorded playback starts and platform usage information
- Feedback, community contributions, messages, access decisions and communication preferences
2. How We Use Your Information
We use collected information to:
- Provide and maintain our services
- Process your uploads and manage your account
- Provide permission-checked listening, artist-enabled previews and station-eligible content
- Deliver account and product notifications subject to the applicable preferences and suppression controls
- Improve and optimize our platform
- Comply with legal obligations
3. Information Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information:
- With the selecting streamer and explicitly authorized helpers or reviewers who need the submitted context, references or recordings for their work
- With a professional only when the artist grants the relevant contact or download request; access is limited by the grant and current recording permissions
- With service providers who assist our operations
- When required by law or to protect our rights
4. Data Storage and Security
Supabase provides account and database services. Current audio and media uploads use Cloudflare R2. Private recordings and supporter media require permission checks, with temporary file links where applicable. Profile artwork and published release destinations are public when you choose to publish them. Resend processes outgoing product emails. Access controls reduce exposure, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
5. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access your personal information
- Correct inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your account and data
- Withdraw your song from the public library; private recording and decision history are retained separately
- Choose product-notification categories and opt out of marketing communications
Exercise Your Account Rights
Use Account Data to download a private copy of your records or submit and track an account deletion request. An administrator reviews published recordings, shared work and any required retention before carrying out an approved request. You can cancel an open request. 6. Cookies and Tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies to maintain your session, remember your preferences, and analyze platform usage. You can control cookie settings through your browser.
7. Third-Party Services
Our infrastructure and optional linked services process information for their respective functions. Supabase, Cloudflare and Resend have their own privacy policies. Following a public artist store, support or release link takes you to a separate service with its own terms.
8. Children's Privacy
Line Skip FM is not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
9. Changes to Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through a notice on our platform.
