By accessing and using Line Skip FM, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use our platform.

2. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Content Submission

By uploading content to Line Skip FM, you represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to the content
• The content is not distributed on major streaming platforms
• The content does not violate any third-party rights
• The content complies with all applicable laws

4. License Grant

You grant Line Skip FM a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to stream, reproduce, and display your submitted content on our Twitch channel. You retain all ownership rights to your content and may remove it at any time.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Upload content you do not have rights to
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Interfere with the platform's operation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the platform for any illegal purpose

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid subscriptions (Artist+, A&R Access) are billed according to the selected plan. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.

7. Content Removal

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms, infringes on third-party rights, or is otherwise objectionable. Artists may remove their own content at any time through their dashboard.

8. Limitation of Liability

Line Skip FM is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
